Where is everybody?

I've been back a week after a couple months absence and 'this town is comin' like a ghost town'...

Been reading some great work... been introduced to some talented newcomers... and Silver Wind is holding the fort... but, where is everybody else?

I have been busy raising two Children and working non stop, though from my experience with poetry sites, they always slow down during the Summer months and peek again as soon as the Autumn arrives, then when Winter comes around it is full trottle once more.

It seems poetry for most of us is purely a seasonal thing.

people have been disappearing, yeah, that's true. i've just come home from a week long camping trip and now i'm busy studying for end of year exams, which are a biatch.

it has been fair quiet tho, compared to other times. tho i havent noticed as much because i havent been on as much because i havent been writing. slack of me, i know.

as for me, lots to do lately so I've not been writing much.
Mostly listening to music, gardening and looking after the Koi :) ( and housework :( )
I'm repairing and painting 2 ceilings tomorrow or rather later today...
I'll hopefully be around more soon :) although Spider solitaire takes up most of my computer time, just can't stop playing it :bash:

I've just been away wandering around the Lake District in the north of England for a week - so now have quite a lot of reading to catch up with on here... It looks like there have been some interesting poems posted while I've been away! :)

Boo! I'm alive and well. I've been busy writing the story of my old band - The Big Wednesday which is almost finished. I had writers block with the poetry. It happens to me every now and again but I'm sure it will return. I do pop my head in every now and again. Hope you are all well.
