maaaaate
you are remarkably polite for an Aussie, those bastards OS are gonna get the wrong impression of us. Shouldn't your list also include the following categories ...

The Disparaging
'a sandwich short of a picnic'
'wouldn't work in an iron lung'
'couldn't lie straight in bed'
'more hide than Jessie The Elephant'
(though the whyfores of the middle 2 have me beat)

The Despairing
'not a sausage's hope at a barbecue'
'which one of you bastards called this bastard a bastard?'

and not to forget The Downright Vulgar
'don't get your tit's in a tangle'
'knobjockey'
'he'd take a flying fuck at a rolling donut'
'collars and cuffs don't match'

etc etc etc
though how many of the above are peculiar only to us Aussies I don't know
