Yes, this is true... And if you have eye issues, I advise against using it... I must admit, I got wii fit, for Mother's Day. I used it once. But I have an old walking video... It was the best video I ever bought and it worked. Silly me just stopped using it. But it's good because you can do it in your own home and don't feel like people are staring.
