Cheapest broadband supplier in England

Which is the cheapest? I'm going have to get broadband in my flat at some point!

I don't know if they are the cheapest, personally I went with Tiscali they give you free line rental and you just pay for the internet access and phone calls, so you save about twelve pounds a month straight off, it made it cheaper than dial up for me.

We use Talk Talk plan 3, I think it's £30 per month and includes broadband, FREE phone calls to national numbers 24 hours a day and line rental.
The Free all day everyday phone calls saved us around £40 a month as our daughters are always on the bloody thing.
It did take a long time from applying to instillation though !
Phone calls to mobiles are expensive as well. (but it's great to open you bill and see all the zeros adjacent to calls :))

PS: we lost the broadband connection yesterday, after two 20 minute Free calls, it was back on this morning.
