am new to this forum and noticed a link between this group and Suicide Poets?
Have also noticed from postings and poems here that perhaps some forum members have had such a lot of heartache in relatively short lives. And that people often list their mood as sad
is there a link between these 2 groups, or perhaps suicideforum?
hope this is not an inappropriate question?

SuicidePoets is owned by the owner of SuicideForum.
I am an active member of the SuicideForum and therefore some of my poetic friends from SF have chosen to join this forum as well, and because Ive known them a long time they are trusted enough to be members of the staff (moderators and mentors)
We have lots of members who arent from SF, but people who are staff tend to post more.

Some of us have met at SF. I was there 2 or so years.. I hope my poems don't get annoying... :paperbag:

not at all Carolyn, in fact one of your poems really resonated with an experience I had earlier in the year. It's the "I See" poem, I posted a response to this poem and also so one of my own into the same sub forum. Reading yours was very helpful (I suspect). Please, I hope the bag smiley isn't because of me?
Actually Isa, the reason I was asking about the connections if any between the 3 groups is that I suspect I recently failed a friend through lack of understanding of these and similar issues. I was concerned that I might inadvertantly blunder here as well. I will try not to

The SF users have a private forum, hidden from the public, in case they need help.
As long as everyone stays polite it should be ok :]
