Looking For Someone to Write Our Story!

Does anyone on this forum know of a reputable author who might be interested in writing up the remarkable story of our very haunted house? I have written many short articles about it which have been published, and my husband and I always intended to write the story ourselves. However he suffered a devastating brain haemorrhage in December 2006 and he has a considerable level of disability. The task of writing the book myself is too onerous as I care for my husband and our adult son who has Down's Syndrome. We wouldn't expect any share of the books royalties as we are not wanting a ghost writer.

You'd be better off looking for an author in your area, perhaps put an ad out in the paper or contact a publishing agent?

Yes I agree for this project it might be better to get someone local, as it might be beneficial for the person doing the writing, and impvove the overall story, if the writer could visit the house first hand that they are to be writing about and to have the opperutnity for one on one time
