Good God there's a Gorden in Great Britian?
Presumptuously he's a perturbed pusillanimous politician.
Shame on such silly surreptitious snakes
For failing to feel the full force of the free populace.

I quite like Gordon Brown (but hardly anyone else in the Labour government). I think he is sincere and driven by a desire to improve public services and to bring about greater fairness. I think this trait is a rather dour Scottish thing caused by his upbringing as a kirk minister's son, something which the more ironic English who are too sceptical to really believe in anything can't understand. I prefer him to the ever-grinning Bliar. But I won't vote for him; eleven /twelve years is enough.
