Oh, it's beautiful. Well, I like to buy octopus legs, peel of the skin, wash and squeeze the dirt out of the tenticles, cut them pinky size. Then I fry it in a little oil with garlic, stirring occasionally, slowly emptying the juices out into another pot or bowl. Then add half a cup of sweet red wine, stir for a while, then add 140gms of tomato paste and 600mls of tomato puree, actually you should use real tomatoes. Then add the juices back and 2 glasses of water bring to the boil, then simmer usually 1 hour and a half or two, stirring every hour.

Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic pepper and marinade your fish/ chicken for a few hours= salty, sweet, sour and savoury at once. Yum

Ice cream roll wrapped in sponge with a jam layer in between. sounds better than it tastes, coz it can only be factory made
