Oh, powerwalking is great. It's like walking except you move your arms like you are running and you walk at a very fast pace, heel - toe. Actually it can almost look girlie. But the weight loss is amazing.

Well, funny you should say that. I had a very strange upbringing, but my biggest memory was the verbal abuse made to me about having an Italian background. All the families in the street Ilived in (after the age of 9) were Irish, English and Australian and they were so abusive towards me... Racially abusive.
