No... They were lovely and I was pleasantly surprised that I could talk to them about the past and funnily enough one of the brothers said he wasn't really going to come, because he thought we would spend most of the time just staring. He didn't think we would have much to say. But you couldn't keep yours truly down, I was on such a high. One of my sister's had to much to drink and we sort of needed to put her in line, a few times. I hope they enjoyed themselves. I know I did.

tiredness makes things seem worse. When I was depressed i always felt like blocking out the bad things by falling asleep, and often felt better when I woke up

Far out... I would have to sleep all day and night to get rid of how I feel today.

do you think you need medication ?

I don't know... Maybe

it does work but takes a few weeks to kick in before you get the feeling that nothing worries you any more

I might try other kinds of therapy... Not really into taking medication.

try counselling or find out about cognitive behaviour therapy online- basically sustained positive thinking. Every time you think something bad, counter it with something good or pleasant

I know how you feel, my dear. you can talk to me. I won't think you're weak or crazy, or whatever the toughies think of us more sensitive people. They look down on us, tell us to get a grip and pull ourselves together, spend their lives pretending they're cool and collected and dignified
