my first thread ( lots feeling)

this my first thread here in this site. i am not god in english , i speak more french. i just read what others wrote and i enjoyed it.and i try to reply and post comment of it.but really what is funny that i want to write somthing , why? cus
it is my habit i am semone who like to talk to share his views , to discus ,
and bilive when i want to post my first thread ( i had not know even what is thread ) so i had use translation to french ( yeah this funny :outcold:)
but it was a great experiance.lots feeling .
always my friends told me , you know even if you go to chaina , japon , hind .. or any place you will be loved by people around u.
but i asked myself and what about language ???
oh yes my friend , somtimes a smile , gesture can be more sweet than 10000 words.
so the question can a person who don't know a language or just know some few words of this language , can he /she comminucate , be happy , be criative , social , with a team that he/she don't know their language?

Hey yusu77, I agree with your friends, I think that because of who you are you would be loved by people anywhere whether it is in China, Japan, India or some other place...:)

I think it's possible to communicate with people whose language you don't speak...I remember when I was in India several years ago for example, I met an Italian girl and she told me that she didn't speak any English (I think she knew French) when she came there and after a month - when I met her - she was communicating in English and using it on a daily basis and was making herself understood...:) She was a social girl and also good at communicating using gestures etc. But her English was ok enough after just one month...

I have also met people who couldn't speak any language I could speak, and I couldn't speak their language, but still I saw and felt the sweetness and love that they showed while speaking...I think that there's a language of the heart that can be understood if we try...

When it comes to being creative, I think it's possible too...and necessary if you don't know a language and want to speak to someone if you want that person to understand you...Maybe you'll act out a scene so that others will understand...and that is being creative and using one's imagination. I remember when my grandma travelled to Europe for work and maybe it was in Italy (and she didn't speak Italian) and then when she and her collegues were at a restaurant, and she wanted to order chicken, she told the waiter in a language she spoke and made the sound of a chicken...and she got chicken...:)

'i am not god in english',this made me smile so much yusu77 that I think your English is better than mine already.I am not god in any language.I think that you have already been very creative.Just smile from your heart and you will be welcome where ever you go.English is a mixed up kind of language anyway,it is always taking bits and pieces from other languages.I have lived in India for a while,all I learnt was "What is your name?" and a few other basic words,but how I was recieved always depended on what was in my heart.Language is only part of the way we communicate,long before we say anything people generally have some idea of our intentions,whether they are good or bad etc.Practice will make your English get better all the time.There is nothing special about English,you already speak French,learning English won't be any harder than that.I think that it is possible to write poetry without knowing all the vocabulary,grammar and spelling of a language,you seem to already have enough to get started,but the more you write the better you will get.
