I think it's written in both German and Swedish (although some dots on certain Swedish letters are missing) and some lines are written like someone codeswitching switching between both languages or maybe using an online translation tool (but I don't speak German so I can't say anything about that)...Some of the Swedish is written with an interesting word order which isn't Swedish...(for example the 2nd line (En andra skada nödfall amerikansk) means literally: "a 2nd injury emergency American.") and also the 7th line..and the words "styrelselform" and "monarc" are misspelt...They should be "styrelseform" (= form of government) and "monark" (monarch).

Line four has the first word - Terz - in German (?) and the rest in Swedish (händelse kärna mycket konkret) literally means "event core very concrete" (händelsekärna as one word means something like "the main part of an event")

It's a pleasure to read things in different languages for me and try to see if I understand them. I think if you put up translations of what you write, more people would comment and talk to you.
