My name is Michael, my "wife" and I (FingerpaintingsoftheInsane/ Ashley) just joined last night. We stumbled across this site and browsed a bit and decided to join. About me, I like to write, but I realize I am no where near the artist that many of you here are, but I can aspire. Second, I am a horrible speller. I'm not dumb, I am educated, and do quite well in "the real world" but I just have never been a great speller, MS word is my enabler. Plz forgive that deficit, correct me if you'd like, and comments are appreciated, both critical and Kudos. I hope to add value to this site, but if not value, at leaste a comical distraction from all these real poets on here.

Hello and welcome to the forum. I can often sniff a typo at 30 paces. I don't always point them out unless it interrupts with the meaning of the poem. This can happen with words like your and you're or to and too. Mostly, I want to make sure I'm reading the poem the way you intend it to be read.
