What do you think of forums, that do not actually let you see what the forum board looks like unless you register?
Particularly with poetry and literary forums as those are usually the only ones I tend to join with, there seems to be many forum boards that just have a home page or front page that they take you to, and they will not let you access the actual forum boards unless you become a member.
I myself will not join a forum unless I can actually see how the forum is laid out and set up. Particularly sense it can sometimes prove difficult to than have your account removed if you decide the forum is really not for you.
