Hello, I found this site after searching "Poetry Forum" on google because my main Creative Writing site is down for the moment. Taking a look around the site, I'm not quite sure if I'll be welcome here/if I'll be looking for much critique. A lot of you seem to enjoy abab/aabb rhyme scheme poetry which I find distasteful and boring. I'm not sure about your take on Free-verse, which is what I write, but eh.
Also, I wasn't trying to insult by saying I dislike rhyming poetry, just merely stating my opinion that structured poetry has lost a lot of its merit.
