I've been absent from the site for a few months as I've been writing the biography of my band - The Big Wednesday. Also, I've been writing a few scripts. I read your script.

Only Fools, along with Fraiser, are my 2 favourite sitcoms, leaning more towards Fools. I didn't expect such excellence. You captured the characters perfectly and had me laughing from the start. The very intro was so smartly done and so true to Trig and Del's characters; which you carried throughout, beautifully. I also loved how you threw in modern humour such as the wii.

You are very talented and I hope that you create your own sitcoms also and not just recreating (as a fan) scripts for shows you like. Clearly you get sitcoms and I wish you the very best. It took Sullivan many attempts to get going. Hopefully we'll be watching yours soon on the lazy nelly.

Thanks guys for the very encouraging comments. I'm bowled over. Or as Del-Boy would say, "Lovely Jubbly!".

I am currently writing my own original sitcom called 'In For a Penny' set in a Pound-shop. I've written 3 episodes and have sent the first episode to the BBC. They receive 10,000 uncommisioned scripts per year so I'm up against it. But quoting Del-Boy again, "He Who Dares Wins!"

Why, thank you! Yes everything is fine with me - I took a break with this site for a while until personal matters settled down. Germany is in the midst of economic chaos right now and I had to take a break from revolutionizing poetry. But expect more groundbreaking work to come soon! :)
