Been writing a while now really after a friend got me into writing poetry - Over Myspace :P - and am just looking for a place I can improve, Get some new idea's(I am at a block currently) and even try to learn Haiku's as I just got interested the other night.
Mmm. I player guitar, And of course write lyrics but I don't combine the two. With guitar, I of course have a love for music but intriguingly lyrics aren't often my favorite bit. I haven't read a lot of poetry or seen much I like elther, But am interested. You could suggest your favorites and post your favorites quotes, or whatever in here :)
I also have a interest in cult movies :D Feel free to discuss that with me as well.
I should have a load of poetry coming up in the following nights(Time of this post) but am wondering, is there a place in the forum I can just post in one big bulk or is it worth just posting indivually?

Hi James, welcome to the forum. Haiku is fair easy to learn -- its difficult to do well. They're fun to mess around with though and good as writing exercises. I play guitar too, but it's my second instrument and because I'm insanely busy I dont spend as much time playing it as I would like.

If you post in one big bulk, then please make different threads for each poem and make sure they correspond to the correct forum. It just makes things easier, that way.
